The New Way of Life program is designed to help residents dig deep and break free from addictive and self-destructive patterns. Each resident will have a program centered around their specific needs. We believe that a long term approach to recovery is important because most self-destructive patterns have taken a lifetime to learn and cannot be resolved within a few short months.
PROGRAMS INCLUDE

Case Managers walk alongside each resident to make sure their program is working for them and the future they envision. Residents will learn to create budgets, credit repair, nutrition, and resolving legal issues. Education and job readiness.
Daily Routine — Residents learn how to create and maintain their daily schedules through planning and time management. They are accountable to set and follow through on appointments, meetings and treatment..
Education — Once residents have completed treatment residents will have the opportunity to get an education. If they do not have their high school diploma they will have the opportunity to get their GED. Residents can access and improve their computer and office skills, learn to build a resume and refine their job search skills
Second Step housing — We offer program graduates support while transitioning back into the community by providing sober housing with assistance of their basic needs while they are job training and searching for employment. We also offer internship opportunities within our organization for residents to work with Uplift Community after they graduate.
